Tamarind (Tamarindus indica) is a fruit of the leguminous tree and this tree belongs to the Fabaceae family. It is a native African tree but is also grown in India and other tropical regions. Tamarind is a fruit with a brown outer shell with a bunch of some good benefits.

Boil 30-40 grams of tamarind in 100 ml water and add one spoon of turmeric in tamarind pulp. You can use this pulp as face mask this combination can provide you youthful and glowing skin in a short period of time.

You can also use it as a bleaching cream as it is better than the chemical based bleaching cream. Use it as bleaching agent to clean your facial skin with very simple home remedy. Take one spoonful of lemon mix it with honey and add 2 spoons of tamarind pulp. Finally apply the mixture on you face let it remain on your face for 15-20 minutes. After that wash your face with cold water, you will get same results as bleaching cream with this simple home remedy.

Tamarind juice is one of the most beneficial juices for charming healthy skin and the best thing is you can make it at home with spending very little money. Prepare tamarind pulp and then drain extra tamarind left over extracts with drainer. Lastly add sugar and black salt along with some cubes of ice that’s all you have to do to make healthy tamarind juice. Tamarind juice is very beneficial for skin and digestive system.
