Recipe Ingredients

First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!
  • 2 bunch washed and chopped spinach
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 2 onions (make paste)
  • 3 tomato (make puree)
  • 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
  • 3 green chili
  • 2 tsp. chopped green coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. hing
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala
  • as per taste salt
  • 1 tbsp. oil

Recipe Instructions

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!
  1. Make sure you have all the ingredients.

  2. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes.

  3. Let it be cool, drain and put it into mixer jar.

  4. Now add green chili and green coriander.

  5. Make a puree of this mixture.

  6. Heat oil in a pan and add hing and cumin seeds in it.

  7. when they start to crackle, add onion paste and ginger garlic paste in it.

  8. Sauté it nicely and add the tomato puree.

  9. Now add all the remaining spices into it.

  10. Stir it well for 2-3 minutes.

  11. Now add the palak puree and stir this mixture well.

  12. It's time to add the corns and after that cook it for 5 minutes.

  13. Add the garam masala, stir it and turn off the flame.

  14. Garnish your corn palak with cream and serve it with prantha or chapatti.
