At first wash 2 kachalu nicely and boil them. Then after they gets cool, peel them and cut into small pieces in a bowl. Now, add red chili powder and salt as per your taste.
Then, add roasted jeera powder, chaat masala and black pepper powder. Add 2 finely chopped green chilies in it.
Now add coriander leaves, take the tamarind pulp and add 4-5 table spoon in your chaat. Kachalu Ki Chaat is ready. Garnish with some coriander on top of it. At last, squeeze 1 lemon on top of your chaat to make it more tangy.
