Recipe Ingredients

First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!
  • Mushroom : 1 Cup (sliced)
  • Broccoli : 1 Cup
  • Green Bell Pepper : 1/2 Cup
  • Red Bell Pepper : 1/2 Cup
  • Yellow Bell Pepper : 1/2 Cup
  • Baby Corn : 4 (slice in two)
  • Spring Onion : 1/2 Cup
  • Green Onion : 1/2 Cup
  • Cherry Tomatoes : 1/2 Cup
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) : 1/2 Cup (cubes)
  • Lemon Juice : 2 Tsp
  • Sesame Seeds : 1 Tsp (roasted)
  • Garlic : 1 Tsp (crushed)
  • Sesame Oil : Tbs
  • Salt : 1 Tsp (as per taste)
  • Black Pepper : 1/2 Tsp

Recipe Instructions

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!
  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add garlic and saute it till it's color becomes light brown. Add sliced mushroom and again saute it.

  2. Now add the healthy broccoli and some cute baby corns. Then add red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.

  3. Further put in some green bell pepper. Then goes in the green onions. Add the cherry tomatoes and spring onions. Mix the veggies well.

  4. Let's put in the paneer (Indian cottage cheese) pieces. Then it's time to add the salt and some black pepper powder in it.

  5. Mix them well and stir fry it for just 2 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add the lemon juice and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Here is the best step, serve this yummy salad in your plates and make them reach to your tummy.
