Heat some oil in a pan, add garlic and saute it till it's color becomes light brown. Add sliced mushroom and again saute it.
Now add the healthy broccoli and some cute baby corns. Then add red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.
Further put in some green bell pepper. Then goes in the green onions. Add the cherry tomatoes and spring onions. Mix the veggies well.
Let's put in the paneer (Indian cottage cheese) pieces. Then it's time to add the salt and some black pepper powder in it.
