Grate the zucchini evenly in a bowl and add one tablespoon of salt and keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
Now, strain it and squeeze it hardly so that all the water is out of it. Take a bowl and add zucchini, flour, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves.
Then, add the crushed garlic, chopped green chili, black pepper powder, salt and mix them all well.
Heat oil in a pan and make small balls from the mixture that you made earlier. Flatten it a little (like tikki).
Now, place it on a hot tawa (pan) and apply some oil on upper side of the fritter. Shallow fry till the color becomes golden brown and looks crispy. Zucchini Fritters are ready! Enjoy them with mayonnaise, green chutney or tomato sauce.
