Churpi ko achar is a very famous churpi recipe made with churpi cheese.

200 gm churpi cheese 2 sliced onion 2 sliced tomatoes 1 sliced garlic 1 sliced ginger 1 sliced green chilli 1 tbsp mustard oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Ingredients
Firstly, heat some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it to boost the aromatic character of this pickle. Now add the sliced onions and saute it for about 2 minutes.
Now let's add some ginger and garlic. After that put in some green chili along with the sliced tomatoes.
Make sure to constantly saute them. Further add the salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder in that mixture.
Mix the spices well and cover it. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then open the lid and mix it for one more time.
Now it's time to add the main ingredient for the churpi pickle that is Churpi cheese. Blend it properly with the mixture and cook it for 2 minutes. Churpi ko achar is ready to serve as a pickle or a snack.
