For the first step, heat pure ghee in a kadhai. Add the wheat flour and saute it on low flame till it turns light brown in color or gives a lovely fragrance.
Turn off the flame and rest it for about 15 minutes. Now, add the sliced or chopped 10-12 almonds and 10-12 cashew nuts.
Also add in some 10-12 raisins and powdered sugar. Mix it all well and make the shape of pinni. You can give it any shape you want like round or disk shape.
Here I have made a cylindrical shape. The pinnis are ready. You can eat it anytime you want. Garnish them with whole or sliced almonds and serve them to your family and loved ones.
