First of all take a clean and dried mixing jar. Then, add 1/2 a cup of Almonds, 1 tablespoon of Fennel seeds and 7-8 sticks of Cardamom. Now, smoothly grind them to a fine powder.
After that, add 1 and a half tablespoon of Turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon Ginger powder, 1 tablespoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon powder.
Grind the mix. Now, add powdered jaggery and grind it again. You can add more or less jaggery as per your choice.
The Golden Milk Premix is ready. Now, take a glass of boiled milk and add 1 tablespoon of this Golden milk premix in it and enjoy the taste of the blended spices of this traditional immunity boosting recipe!
