Take a mixture jar and add sweet corns in it. Then add some semolina, tapioca flour and sugar in it.
Add milk followed by the grated coconut in the jar. Cover it and grind it till it forms a smooth paste. Grease a tin bowl with oil and brush.
Now pour the mixture into a bowl. Add salt and yellow food color in it. Then mix it well. Don't leave any lumps in it.
After that, pour the mixture into the tin bowl which you grease before. Boil water in a steamer and place the strainer on it. Then place the mixture bowl on the strainer.
Cover and cook it for about 25 minutes. Check the cake with toothpick, if its clean then take the cake out. Cool it down and take out from tin bowl. Garnish the cake with grated coconut and serve.
