  1. For making the syrup for tosha sweet, you need to take a pan and add sugar in it. Then add water in it. Dissolve the sugar in the water and boil that syrup till it comes to a thicker consistency. Add a little cardamom powder in it. Your sugar syrup is ready.

  2. For making Tosha sweet firstly take a bowl. Add paneer (Indian cheese) in it and mash it properly. Now add all purpose flour (maida) in it. Then cardamom powder and baking powder.

  3. Then its time to add vanilla essence and milk in the bowl. Mix them all well together. Knead a smooth dough out of it. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.

  4. Now, dust some flour on the board so that the dough won't stick to it. Flattern the dough a bit thickly to make it's further shape. Cut it into rectangular pieces with the help of a knife. Heat some oil in a kadhai and turn off the flame (oil shouldn't be too hot). Now put the Tosha pieces in it and wait for 2 minutes.

  5. When they float on top, turn the flame to medium and fry till they become golden brown in color. Then transfer the fried toshas one by one into the sugar syrup you made earlier and let them stay for 5 minutes. Take them out and garnish with some sliced almonds or any other nuts.
